About Our Team

We fully embrace LSS’ anti-racism stand and are dedicated to providing effective, compassionate care to all we serve.

The LSS Behavioral Health team has two statewide task forces committed to creating sustainable support for our LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC communities within our line of service, including those we serve, our co-workers and the community. LSS is also a PsychArmor certified organization, dedicated to providing appropriate, high-quality care to veterans and military service members.

We work to identify both personal and team opportunities to build knowledge and to engage in activity to become more aware of the needs of those we serve. We prioritize planning to be more inclusive and to deepen our commitment to social justice.

  • We hold ourselves and each other accountable to exhibit humility, resolve, sensitivity and person-centered care.
  • We respond to the changing needs of the community and tailor our services to meet those needs.

We love coming to work each day knowing we have supportive, caring colleagues and that we have the opportunity to make a difference.

If this sounds like the right place for you, we would love to have you join us!
