LSS Early Learning Centers
LSS Early Learning Centers use a team approach to support the development and growth of children. We partner with parents, caregivers, teachers and community partners to develop an individualized plan for building cognitive, developmental and social-emotional skills for children 6 weeks to 5 years old.

- Smaller class sizes and low student-teacher ratio in the classroom allow us to provide more one-to-one interactions and partner with children to build self-regulation and problem-solving skills.
- Teachers receive training in classroom management techniques focused on emotional awareness and develop tailored approaches to support each student’s unique learning needs.
- Caregivers receive extra support in connecting to additional resources and navigating school systems.

LSS Early Learning Centers are proud to be Four-Star Parent Aware rated, thanks to our use of school readiness best practices, continuous quality training and professional development training for our employees that go above and beyond basic requirements. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your child is ready for kindergarten.
Meal Program
All children enrolled at LSS Early Learning Centers are provided with breakfast, lunch and snacks every day. Children with specific dietary restrictions will be provided with acceptable alternatives.
Optional Services and Resources
Home Visiting
We offer extra support to caregivers in their home, community or at the center through our home visiting service. Home visitors work together with caregivers on goals identified by the family. These include but are not limited to positive parenting strategies, stress management, healthy coping skills and connecting to community resources and health care. Home visitors work with caregivers and children in their home monthly, or more as needed.
Therapeutic Services
LSS Early Learning Centers partner with Saint Paul Public Schools to provide families with access to speech, occupational therapy and other therapeutic services at our centers at the family’s request.

Our centers are open from 7 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday-Friday.
*Construction Update
Our Frogtown-Rondo location is closed for renovation. Families enrolled at this location will continue to receive child care services at our East Side location until renovations are complete. Families seeking child care services at this location may enroll at our East Side location and transfer. Pictures coming soon!
