If you or your family are without a stable place to stay or at risk of becoming homeless, our goal is to connect you to the right resources for your specific needs.

Hope Housing Services can work with you to develop a housing plan and determine which housing options are available to fit your needs. If you are eligible, we may also be able to provide rental assistance, eviction prevention and other housing resources.

Are You Eligible?

Eligibility is specific to each county and program, but generally you must:

  • Be age 18 or older
  • Meet 200 percent or less of the federal poverty guidelines
  • Be experiencing homelessness, at risk of becoming homeless or facing eviction
  • Be willing to partner with us on  a housing stabilization plan

How it Worksfamily with one child

We will the intake process with you by completing a screening through the Coordinated Entry System (CES), the centralized system used to access housing services. You will find out if Hope Housing Services is the right resource for you.  We will connect you to another provider if that is a better fit.

When you a complete a housing assessment, we will connect you to the right housing service for your needs.

Housing Stabilization

A housing case manager will work with you to develop goals and determine your next steps so you can maintain stable housing moving forward.
