Qualified, Professional Providers
Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota provides high-quality care from licensed professionals and is certified as a Rule 29 Mental Health Clinic and Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS) provider by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. We are accredited through the National Council on Accreditation (COA) for Children and Family Services and are a DHS certified Essential Community Provider.
Trauma Informed Care
Knowing that stress and experiences of trauma can impact every aspect of life, our staff are trained to recognize the impact trauma may have in your life. From therapeutic foster care to the work we do with individuals and families in-home and in our office, our understanding of trauma and its influence is an integral part of creating an effective treatment plan.
Mental Health & Wellbeing for Military Members, Veterans and Their Families.
As an active military member, qualifying veteran or military family member, you can expect LSS staff to understand the unique culture of military life. Our professional behavioral health staff intentionally includes veterans, allowing you to connect with them through personal experience. The first of its kind in the nation, our innovative partnership with the Minnesota Department of Veteran Affairs helps ensure veterans and their families have access to services when and where they need it.

Licensed and specifically-trained staff can help you identity areas of concern in your child’s life and provide you with the assessment, treatment, resources and support your child needs.
