We Take the Work Out of Eating Healthy

Chili bowl LSS Meals offers delicious meals that are available statewide.

Our meals are designed by a registered dietitian to provide variety and ensure that they are healthy and nutritious. Nutritionally modified meals are available for individuals with special dietary needs, such as those who have diabetes or require a reduced sodium, low fat or low cholesterol diet.

Our services support older adults in living healthier, more active and independent lives, and making eating fun and easy. We also serve individuals experiencing food insecurities or who need assistance with nutrition or nutrition requirements.

We have LSS Community Dining Centers and LSS Meals on Wheels in 165 communities in 39 Minnesota counties. Services vary by location. Our LSS Meals to Go shipment service is available statewide.

LSS Meals is now a recognized food vendor serving youth meals for Federal Nutrition programming such as the National School Lunch Program.
