Permanent Supportive Housing

Permanent Supportive Housing in Willmar is for youth up to age 24 who have a documented disability and are experiencing homelessness.

Permanent Supportive Housing assists you in finding the type of home that you wish to live in. Whether it’s an apartment or house, we will help you manage the ins and outs of getting into that home.

As a participant, you will receive ongoing case management and advocacy, as well as assistance with independent living skills, educational needs, employment skills and career exploration. Case managers will meet with you weekly, and you will be provided with a rent subsidy. The goal is to work toward self-sufficiency and eventually manage this on your own.
