LSS offers services supporting children, youth, individuals and families in crisis across seven counties in the Brainerd Lakes region and Central Minnesota.

Street Outreach - Brainerd Area

Supports youth, ages 21 and younger, who have run away from home or are experiencing homelessness.

Youth Shelter Services - Brainerd Area

Host Homes for Youth

Host Homes for Youth empowers good neighbors in the Brainerd Lakes area to shelter and support youth experiencing homelessness as they learn skills and move to the next stage of their lives.

Youth Transitional Housing Program - Brainerd Area

Offers support to youth, ages 16 to 24, in the Brainerd Lakes area who are experiencing homelessness.

Navigators connect youth and young adults who have been exploited to housing, employment and education resources, necessities to meet one’s basic needs, caring adults, legal services, health care and other community resources.

Youth Resource Center - St. Cloud

A resource center for youth, ages 16 through 24, who are experiencing homelessness. Services include food pantry, clothing closet, education planning, housing referrals, case management, connections to area resources and more.

Fostering Youth Transitions - Central MN

Fostering Youth Transitions - Central MN works with youth who are in or will soon age out of residential care to build independent living skills.

Safe Harbor - Central MN

We manage a 24/7 help line, connecting youth and young adults, who have been exploited/trafficked or may be exploited/trafficked, to housing, outreach and support services.
