Erik provides individual, couples and family therapy. A recent graduate of St. Cloud State University with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, he focuses on systemic approaches to families, couples and individuals in crisis. Erik is adept at engaging and working with a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges.
Erik employs the latest approaches in marriage and family science, including Narrative Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy and Intergenerational Family Therapy.
Erik is also an ordained minister in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, serving in rural congregations since 2014. Erik has also served as a volunteer firefighter and first responder who is well acquainted with realities of trauma and limited resources in rural areas.
