Dr. Chromy practices from a person-centered approach utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and short-term, solution-focused methods. She has experience working with college-aged individuals; adults with serious chronic illness; military members and their families; new Americans and refugees; Native Americans; and older adults living in the community, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities. Dr. Chromy is trained in Tai Chi Quong and yoga.
