Information sessions cover the basics of becoming a foster parent in Minnesota. Topics include who is eligible to become a foster care provider, how to become licensed, the children in foster care, foster parenting options and resources available to foster parents.

We will learn why timely permanency is important for children to thrive and look at how time is a factor in helping children thrive. This is a free online training for adoptive, pre-adoptive, foster, relative and kinship caregivers in Minnesota.
