Our Home and Family
We are Abraham and Alisa. We live with our two children in a two-story farmhouse on 160 acres of land. Our farm has indoor/outdoor cats, sheep, goats, chickens, cattle and donkeys. The property is about four miles from Vergas and a 20-minute drive from Detroit Lakes.
The Reason We Open Our Home
We are licensed child foster care providers who would like to welcome a new child into our lives. Our home would provide a stable environment where a child can grow and thrive. We would love the opportunity to share our love of country living and animals with a child or youth we welcome into our home.
Our Traditions
We spend our holidays with our extended families. We also like to make time for family trips, county fairs and parades in the area. Other things we enjoy include going out to eat, camping trips, hiking and many other outdoor activities.

We believe in honesty, trustworthiness, working hard and always being willing to help others in need.
Our Hobbies and Interests
We enjoy spending time with our family and friends, mini-vacations, raising livestock and growing vegetables. Our interests also include fishing, walking, bowling, playing games and listening to music. We are always open to new activities.
