When you are struggling with a situation in your life you need the right help at the right time. As your Employee Assistance Program (EAP), NuVantage is here for you.

We help people facing a variety of challenges from a mental health crisis to relationship issues and chemical dependency to financial hardships and legal problems.

We are committed to providing personalized attention and high-quality professional service to help our EAP members and their families live their best lives.


Getting Help

NuVantage removes barriers to getting help. We connect members to counselors and resources quickly and conveniently.

For your convenience, if you are seeking services, you can complete the online intake form and someone will get back to you within one business day. 


Request Services

Hearing impaired individuals can request service by completing the online request form, providing their email and entering 000-000-0000 for a phone number on the form. They may also dial 711 for communications relay service. 

Crisis counselors are available after business hours by calling 800.577.4727.
