Services with PICS
PICS (Partners in Community Supports) is a Financial Management Service (FMS) and licensed service provider that offers financial and technical support for individuals and families who self-direct care. When a person self-directs, they decide how, when and from whom their services and supports will be delivered, while maintaining independence in their own homes and communities.
We have been helping people manage the financial aspect of self-directed care for more than 20 years. We currently offer services to individuals and families statewide.
PICS provides services in the following programs:
- Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS)
- Consumer Support Grant (CSG)
- Individualized Home Supports (IHS)
- Individual Private Pay
- Responsive customer service.
- Real-time financial reporting and monthly budget summaries.
- Seamless hiring process for new caregivers so they can start working soon.
- Diverse, multilingual staff and translated materials.

We make it easy for you through PICS Financial Management Services (FMS). Representatives have access to PICS’ online portal. The online portal is available 24/7 to submit timecards, expenses and mileage, and view spending summaries.
PICS will inform you and your Lead Agency Representative if you are expected to overspend in any area.
Upon starting services, you are assigned a Service Coordinator who will be responsible for the oversight of your budget.
Visit our Forms page to access, print or request a new hire packet by email or mail, and look up individual hiring forms. Print or access our following commonly used forms: expense reports, mileage reports, payment option forms, payroll calendar, purchase request forms, status change forms and manual timesheets.
Visit our Payroll page to view the payroll calendar that provides timesheet due dates, expense and mileage report due dates and pay period dates. You can also access information about setting up or updating your direct deposit or pay card, information on updating your tax filing status, and how to request a copy of your W2 or paystub.
PICS continues to partner with public health officials and the rest of the community in limiting the spread of COVID-19. To ensure your safety and the safety of our staff, the PICS office is currently closed to the public. We continue to be available and provide services remotely. Our friendly and helpful staff are available to answer your questions from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
