Lutheran Social Service: Employment Services was started in 1979. Since then, we have built relationships with employers and clients and bridged the gap between the two. Our multicultural staff members work to educate prospective employers about cross-cultural issues and move barriers for our diverse clients. Our goal is to empower eligible clients to gain self-sufficiency through job assessments, job placement, customized skill training, and one-on-one employment coaching.
