    Food and Fellowship


    LSS Senior Dining and Meals on Wheels seeks to enable persons aged 60 and older to live healthier, more active and independent lives.

    We take the work out of eating healthy!

    Menus and meal selections are prepared by a licensed, registered dietitian to ensure that meals are healthy and nutritious. Meals are available for individuals with special dietary needs, such as diabetic, low salt and low fat/low cholesterol diets.

    Seniors 60 years of age and older and their spouse (regardless of age) are eligible to receive senior member meal pricing simply by completing a NAPIS form (learn about and print a NAPIS form):

    Senior suggested donation: $3.85 - $6.70/6.90
    No senior is denied service because of an inability to pay.
      

    Friends, family members and grandchildren are always welcome!
    Guests pay the actual cost of the meal which varies by location.

    Under 60 years of age Guests: $6.70-$6.90 (guests pay the full cost of the meals, which varies by location)
    Children: 50% of guest meal (half portion)

    Meal gift certificates: $5.00 suggested donation
    Meal gift certificates can be used at any of the more than 225 LSS Community Dining or Diner's Club locations (view locations). Home-bound seniors may use the meal gift certificates for home-delivered meals.

    LSS Senior Nutrition is a joint partnership between Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota (LSS), Area Agencies on Aging and communities to provide nutritious meals and the much needed social contact for older adults.
