We manage a 24/7 information line, connecting youth, who have been exploited/trafficked or may be exploited/trafficked, to supportive housing, emergency shelter and ongoing case management.
 

Safe Harbor

Safe Harbor is the network of state-funded services supporting youth, up to age 24, who have been exploited/trafficked so they can rebuild their lives.
 

Outreach Services

We offer outreach services with the goal of stopping exploitation/trafficking by providing connections to resources, referrals to services, and prevention education. Outreach services are tailored to meet the needs of youth, caregivers, service providers, and our communities.
 

Housing Services

We assist youth, ages 18 to 24, in obtaining safe and secure housing. We may assist with security deposits, first and last month’s rent, and subsequent rental subsidy. Plus, case management is provided for all youth.
 

Counties Served

We serve Dodge, Fillmore, Freeborn, Goodhue, Houston, Mower, Olmsted, Rice, Steele, Wabasha, and Winona counties.
