Safe Harbor is the network of state-funded services supporting youth and young adults, who have been exploited or may be exploited, so they can rebuild their lives.
 

East Central Regional Navigator

We host the East Central Regional Navigator within the Safe Harbor network. We connect youth and young adults experiencing trafficking and exploitation with resources and support. We also focus on prevention, training, case consultation, and technical support for organizations.

Serving Aitkin, Todd, Crow Wing, Morrison, Stearns, Sherburne, Benton, Wright, Pine, Mille Lacs and Kanabec counties.
 

Outreach & Support Services

We offer outreach and support services for youth and young adults who have experienced exploitation/trafficking by providing education, crisis response, and ongoing case management.
 

Housing Services

We offer safe housing and support for single, pregnant or parenting youth and young adults who have experienced exploitation/trafficking. They partner with a case manager to find a safe and affordable apartment while working on an individualized case plan.

We are located in Brainerd, Saint Cloud and Willmar.
