Intensive Case Management and Preferred Communities Services
Every person we serve has a different journey, and these services help fill some of the gaps in services based on individual needs and extenuating circumstances.
Intensive Case Management
This service provides assistance for refugees or secondary migrants who need additional help after the 90-day resettlement period. We connect refugees to a range of services, such as mental health counseling, employment services, assistance securing housing, mentoring and extended cultural orientation.
Preferred Communities Gap Program for Afghan/Ukrainian Humanitarian Parolees
This 90-day program helps eligible individuals and families access initial Refugee Resettlement services that they did not access prior to enrolling with Lutheran Social Service Refugee Services.
