Jennifer Christianson is a Training Specialist with 17 years of experience working in the fields of Human Services and Education. Jennifer’s focus is on providing quality training that engages learners and gives them the tools they need to better support people to lead their best possible lives.
Angie Collins is the Statewide Director of Training at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota. She is a trained Person-Centered Planner, certified Active Supports Trainer and a certified trainer for the Council on Quality and Leadership. Angie has 20 years of experience supporting people with disabilities. Angie’s focus is on providing training to staff to ensure quality and self-directed lives for individuals supported. Angie holds an Associate of Arts in Human Services Management.
LeeAnn Fleischfresser is a trained Person-Centered Planner and Director of Training. LeeAnn has 10 years of experience in Human Services, working in various roles from providing direct care to supervising homes as a Designated Coordinator. LeeAnn holds a license as a Social Worker in the State of Minnesota. She focuses on using the person-centered philosophy to understand and implement the licensing regulations put forth by the state.
Sue Kepner is a Training Specialist. Sue has 15 years of experience supporting people with developmental disabilities and other similar conditions. She has concentrated on the advocacy of integral rights of persons supported. Sue has acted in various roles including Designated Coordinator and instructor.
Tom Wildes is a trained Person-Centered Planner, certified Person-Centered Thinking trainer and Director of Training. Tom has 30 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities and other related conditions. He has focused on the vital importance of person-centered supports for individuals the majority of his career.
