Jennifer Christianson is a Training Specialist with 17 years of experience working in the fields of Human Services and Education. Jennifer’s focus is on providing quality training that engages learners and gives them the tools they need to better support people to lead their best possible lives.
Angie Collins is the Statewide Director of Training at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota. She is a trained Person-Centered Planner, certified Active Supports Trainer and a certified trainer for the Council on Quality and Leadership. Angie has 20 years of experience supporting people with disabilities. Angie’s focus is on providing training to staff to ensure quality and self-directed lives for individuals supported. Angie holds an Associate of Arts in Human Services Management.
Zach Davis has six years of experience in human services. His passions center on human dignity and quality of life, with a focus on person-centered thinking. His goal is to provide services and trainings that focus on building great relationships with the people we serve. He believes that we all thrive when we respect each person's individuality.
Sue Kepner is a Training Specialist. Sue has 15 years of experience supporting people with developmental disabilities and other similar conditions. She has concentrated on the advocacy of integral rights of persons supported. Sue has acted in various roles including Designated Coordinator and instructor.
Duane Larson is a Training & Quality Specialist and has been serving people in the human services field for more than 12 years. Duane focuses on training staff on person-centered principles to support people living full and abundant lives. Duane has had many roles in the human services field, from direct support professional to director. Duane says the best part of his job is watching the people we support live out their hopes and dreams and become part of the community.
