Our qualified trainers have more than 200 years of combined experience in working with people with disabilities.

Training Specialist
Piya (Per) Chomdokmai is a Training Specialist with more than 20 years of industry experience supporting people with disabilities. His passion is in Person-Centered Thinking service delivery, and human rights advocacy.
Trainer Specialist
Jennifer Christianson is a Training Specialist with 17 years of experience working in the fields of Human Services and Education. Jennifer’s focus is on providing quality training that engages learners and gives them the tools they need to better support people to lead their best possible lives.
Statewide Director of Training
Angie Collins is the Statewide Director of Training at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota. She is a trained Person-Centered Planner, certified Active Supports Trainer and a certified trainer for the Council on Quality and Leadership. Angie has 20 years of experience supporting people with disabilities. Angie’s focus is on providing training to staff to ensure quality and self-directed lives for individuals supported. Angie holds an Associate of Arts in Human Services Management.
Training Specialist
Sue Kepner is a Training Specialist. Sue has 15 years of experience supporting people with developmental disabilities and other similar conditions. She has concentrated on the advocacy of integral rights of persons supported. Sue has acted in various roles including Designated Coordinator and instructor.

Angela Torgeson is a Training Specialist with 12 years of experience working in Human Services. Angela’s passion is person-centered philosophy and raising awareness to build inclusive communities.
