Lisa Urseth Welcomes Opportunities to Learn from One Another
My name is Lisa Urseth. I have been a Host Homes Provider for a few years.
My kids are growing up and moving out, so I have plenty of space and empty rooms I would love to fill. I was born to be a mother; nurturing and caring for others is intrinsic to who I am. With my kids growing up and moving on, I want to continue offering support, stability and love to others.
I share my five-bedroom, three-bathroom home with three dogs. It is a two-level house on a private, quiet lot tucked back into the woods. This gives it a country feel while remaining within walking distance of town.
The main floor of my home features a sunroom, office, kitchen, dining room, kitchen nook, living room and a large deck. The lower level includes an additional living room and three bedrooms, one of which has a private bath. I also have a guest house on the property.
I celebrate Christmas and Easter with my family, but I generally do not do overnight visits due to my pets. I am very active in my church, school district and community — I really enjoy community activities and sporting events.
In my free time, I also enjoy reading, cooking, gardening and volunteering at church, school and with the Heartland Animal Rescue Team in Brainerd.
