Our Home and Family

We live in a ranch style home in Moorhead with our two young sons. Our home is located close to a walking path and a park. I am a licensed Social Worker and have worked with people with developmental disabilities for almost nine years. I currently am working full time. This is a field I have always had a passion for and enjoy very much. My husband is a former law enforcement officer and currently drives a semi-truck.

The Reason We Open Our Home

We are excited about the opportunity to give more and make a difference in someone’s life. We would like to open our home and welcome someone into our family because we believe we can provide a safe and happy home while supporting someone in reaching their goals.

Our Traditions

We often spend holidays visiting family in Alexandra, MN. We always celebrate birthdays and accomplishments. We believe that everyone deserves moments to shine. We also like to go on camping trips in the summer to enjoy the outdoors.

Our Faith and Values

We’re not currently a member of a church in this community but we are very open and willing to attend services if someone wishes. We value integrity, honesty, responsibility and being respectful.

Our Hobbies and Interests

We enjoy going to the movies, going out to eat, going for walks, cooking, shopping, visiting to the zoo, spending time outside and traveling. My husband loves fishing and hunting. He enjoys working on wood and metal projects in his down time, and also enjoys home improvement projects.
