Financial & legal services

LSS offers a variety of services to support the financial and legal health of individuals with disabilities.

Financial Counseling

Certified counselors provide nonjudgmental guidance and support. Services include student loan repayment counseling, budget and debt management counseling, credit card debt counseling, free credit report reviews, foreclosure prevention counseling and homeownership services.

Financial Management Service (FMS)

PICS (Partners in Community Supports) provides financial and technical support for individuals and families who choose to design their own support structures and remain in their own homes and communities.

Guardian & Conservator

Court-appointed services to support vulnerable adults who need help making decisions regarding their health care, living situation and/or finances.

Pooled Trust

Services to help individuals with disabilities manage their financial assets and gifts to improve quality of life while maintaining public benefits.

Power of Attorney

Assistance for adults with disabilities who need help managing some or all of their financial affairs.
