Behavioral Health Services for Military Families & Veterans

LSS Behavioral Health understands that civilian life can be challenging both during and after service. Our team has undergone PsychArmor training to better serve the unique needs of veterans and military families.
We acknowledge that each individual, couple and family is unique; we provide individualized plans to address the needs of each situation. Our professional team has experience working with service members and their families to support healing and improved quality of life.
We partner with the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs and accept referrals through CORE. We also serve those who do not meet CORE requirements.
Services Include:
Assessment and Evaluation
Diagnostic assessments can help determine if you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD or other significant stressors impacting your well-being. We offer diagnostic assessments for individuals, families, children and youth.
Children and Teens Therapy
We help children and teens recover from the impact of emotional and physical adverse experiences. With the rights support, children can recover from difficult and painful experiences.
Couples Counseling
Professional counseling can help couples identify how their unique experiences and personalities influence their relationship. Enhance your communication, strengthen your relationship and improve intimacy by working with a professional.
Deployment and Reintegration Support
Whether you are an individual who has served or a family member of someone who has, deployment and reintegration come with unique challenges. From preparation for deployment to the excitement of a long-awaited reunion to the challenges of reintegration, we can help you find the support you need.
Individual Counseling
Stories, memories and friendships return home with you after active duty — and so may anger, stress, depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD and other painful, difficult experiences. Counseling can help you build on your own strengths to manage these situations and improve your wellbeing.
Support Groups
Make connections and receive support for the challenges you are facing. Support groups can increase a sense of wellbeing by building connections and reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety.
