Nkoyo holds a master’s degree in social work from New York University. Her experience includes providing psychotherapy, crisis stabilization and case management services to adolescents, young adults, middle-aged adults and older adults from diverse cultural backgrounds. Nkoyo has worked extensively with the Somali population. She is fluent in Pidgin English and English-based Creole languages. She uses an integrated approach to therapy and believes it is a great privilege to be allowed into a person's life. She is honored to be part of the journey for the individuals and families she supports.
