Our Employees’ Pathways to Growth
Jen, who leads Metro Homeless Youth Services, loves working with resilient young people who are without a place to stay. She also knows what it means to be on her own as a youth.
Accounts payable, payroll and financial statements are second nature to Kyle. He began his work as a Senior Accountant and is now the Controller.
Dawn first came aboard LSS as an Accounts Receivable clerk. Now she serves as the LSS Property Director, keeping her pulse on all properties across the organization.
Miata is currently associate Vice President of Human Resources. She joined LSS as a Human Resources Manager. Early in her career, she was a Direct Support Professional supporting people with disabilities. She shared that her work in direct service shaped her passion for service and helped her prepare to be a better servant leader.
