Maggie Wescott

Maggie is the statewide operations manager for Caregiver & Companion Services. She started at LSS in 2021 as an accounting specialist before transferring to her new team. “I love working for an organization that truly lives out its values every day. From leadership to direct service staff, every person that I work with is deeply committed to the people they support and the work that they do in a way that I have never experienced. As part of the Caregiver Services team, I have the privilege of witnessing firsthand the impact our services have on caregivers’ lives.”

Tina Voss

Tina is the safety manager in Compliance and Risk Management Services. She started at LSS in 2021 in Companion Services, managing three volunteer programs in Hennepin County as a coordinator before becoming a manager. In early 2025, Tina moved to her current position and is excited to bring her 20 years of experience as a police officer and emergency medical technician to the role. “Our Compliance and Risk Management Services team is tasked with several different safety and compliance requirements. We work together across several lines of service to provide compliance management, new policies, and safety training, as well as support injury prevention.”

John Ngolloe

John is a behavioral health practitioner III, providing individualized therapy to youth with complex mental health symptoms in a residential treatment program. He started at LSS as a direct support professional in 2016. He later transitioned to working as an employment specialist within Community Rehabilitation Services and as a designated coordinator. John says:  "Our goal is to provide individual therapy while maintaining transparency. This is essential given the constantly changing nature of our work and since many youth in the program face trauma-related challenges. We strive to ensure that team members have the right tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively. We deeply value each other's feedback, as it is crucial for our ability to provide the best service for those we serve.”

Jenna Greening

Jenna is the data intelligence, measurement and evaluation manager. She joined LSS in 2020 as a project coordinator for Host Homes and was later promoted to Host Homes project manager. She transitioned to working with the business data intelligence team in June 2024. “Being part of an organization that serves so many communities across the state is really meaningful. I know that with any project I work on or any team I meet with, we are all working toward the same vision.”
