    • The Rochester LINK Program
       The Rochester LINK provides case management services, life-skills groups, peer support groups, a transitional housing program and fun activities for youth who are at-risk, homeless or have ran away.
    • LSS Rochester Youth Street Outreach
      Youth who have run away from home or are without a stable place to stay, don’t have to go it alone. LSS street outreach workers offer confidential, nonjudgmental support and assistance.
    • Peer Support Group
      Monthly group activities for youth participating in programs at the LINK to have fun and connect with other youth.
    • Life Skills Group
       This program helps youth build positive friendships, gain confidence and learn skills to successfully live on their own.
    • Rochester Runaway & Homeless Youth Program
       Free program offering safety and shelter for runaway and homeless youth.
    • Rochester Transitional Living Program (TLP)
      Support and assistance for young adults as they transition to living independently in their own home or apartment.
