Parenting Support and Education Services for Families

Parenting Resources to Help Children and Families Succeed 

We offer a variety of support groups, educational opportunities and special outreach to families in the Twin Cities for parents to:

  • Discuss parenting concerns, joys and questions in a safe and compassionate environment
  • Learn effective communication skills and parenting strategies
  • Develop their capacity to effectively address their children’s needs, as well as their own

Families Together Home Visiting

Parents as Teachers (PAT) is a free home visiting service for children ages prenatal through five and their primary caregiver.

Parent Support Outreach Program (PSOP)

In Ramsey and Hennepin counties, we can help families who are experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, mental health issues and other concerns.

We offer assistance finding housing and employment, provide parenting help, and counseling support to help stabilize families and keep children safe.

Sexual Health Education

We offer trainings for parents and caregivers so that they can feel more empowered, educated and confident to approach issues of sexuality with their children.
