of Opportunity: Individual or Couple
Opportunity Description: Volunteer would accompany
individual/s to a volunteer activity of person served choice.
This may include volunteering at a local animal shelter,
nursing home, or community service group. Volunteers must be
able to walk or drive to the activity. The volunteer would
also need to be able to converse with the persons served and
to follow some minimal guidelines for community safety with
the persons served.
Time
Commitment:
Activities generally
range from 1.5 to 4 hours. Hours arranged based on volunteer
availability.
