Social Service Caregiver Support and Respite Program is
seeking volunteers to provide respite care for area family
caregivers. Training provided for those interested in working
with these seniors.
Opportunity Description: We have an additional
opportunity for those age 18 or older who are willing to
commit to providing respite care ten hours per week for a
year. They would be eligible for a monthly stipend and an
educational grant through the Americorps program. Deadline to
apply: March 15. Start date: April 1.
