Internship Opportunities
Presently there are two internships that the LSS Refugee Resettlement department offers. Both allow the intern to learn a great deal about the resettlement process, either pre- or post-arrival to MN.
AOR/Green Card Intern
This position works with our sponsorship and immigration department. As an intern, you will work directly with clients to help them file for their families to come and join them here in MN, as well as with clients who have been in the US for one year and are ready to file for their Green Card. Administrative and other duties will apply.
Resettlement Case Aide
This position works with our case managers, who are assigned to our newly-arrived families for the first three months. You will work directly with clients, helping them to settle into their new life in MN. Administrative and other duties will apply.
