LSS Refugee Services:

Immigration Services

Due to the complexity of the immigration process, LSS Refugee Services seeks to serve many people through its walk-in hours held once every week. During this time, LSS provides free consultation services and determines eligibility for LSS services.

Walk-In Hours:
Tuesdays from 9:00am – 12:00pm, 1:00pm – 4:00pm

LSS Refugee Services assists clients in filing some immigration forms. These include:

  • Eligibility determination
  • Assorted Immigration Queries
  • Employment Authorization Documents (I-765)
  • Replacement I-94s (1-102)
  • Refugee/Asylee Visas (I-730)
  • FOIA Requests
  • Travel Documents (I-131)
  • Change of Address (AR-11)
  • Application for Permanent Residence/Green Card (I-485)*

LSS does require a fee to file certain immigration forms. Click here for the Fee Schedule.
