Each year Lutheran Social Service: Refugee Services continues to provide essential services to recently-arrived refugees. Through our programs we have seen many lives changed for the better.
LSS Refugee Services recognizes that many refugees currently living in Minnesota need support as they strive to become self-sufficient members of their new communities. While still seeking to reunite refugee families living in refugee camps abroad, LSS Refugee Services realizes that refugees often need assistance after arriving in Minnesota. For example, refugees need assistance in finding housing and jobs, applying for documents such as Green Cards or Social Security cards, and enrolling in school and adult education classes.
LSS Refugee Services needs your assistance in providing these desperately needed services to refugees. Without your financial support, our programs face an uncertain future, with the possibility of cutbacks and dropped services.
