Lutheran Social Service offers
several ICF/MR services throughout the state to provide a
comfortable living environment for people with various
developmental and physical disabilities. ICF/MR facilities
support up to 12 individuals, and are licensed through the
Minnesota Department of Human Services.
Individuals living in an ICF/MR
receive services that are individually designed to meet the
unique needs of each person. Lutheran Social Service offers
guidance, care and the support necessary to help each person
live as independently as possible while still providing a safe,
respectful environment. All ICF/MR residences provide staff who
are available on a 24-hour basis.
