Personal Support Services for
people with disabilities (PSS) at LSS employs people in over 100 work sites
throughout the state of Minnesota. Opportunities range from
management positions requiring a college degree and extensive
experience, to entry level direct support positions that require
a high school diploma (or equivalent) and little or no
experience. Training is provided to all employees.

Opportunities are organized by those in the metropolitan Twin
Cities area and those in greater Minnesota. This listing will
contain job postings for all of LSS, not just HCLS. Complete
information on education, skill, experience requirements, and
submitting an application are given for each position.
Each manager or supervisor at
each service site recruits, interviews, and hires based on the
needs of the individuals we support, subject to processes and
guidelines set forth by the LSS Human Resources Department.
Because the organization is large and diverse, LSS does not keep
resumes on file for future career opportunities. We prefer
