Aulie Re-Appointed to the National Foundation
for Credit Counseling
Duluth (October 26, 2000) - Susan Aulie has been re-appointed to the Board of Trustees,
representing a 13-state region for the National Foundation for Credit Counseling, which is
based in Silver Spring, Maryland. Aulie is the statewide director of Consumer Credit
Counseling Service for Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota. Her statewide office is
located in the Ordean Building in Duluth.
The National Foundational for Credit Counseling is a nonprofit education foundation
dedicated to advancing consumer financial literacy. Its mission is to provide access to
credit education, budget counseling and debt repayment services of the highest quality and
integrity to all consumers. The LSS Consumer Credit Counseling Service is a member of this
organization.
The LSS Consumer Credit Counseling Service, with 17 offices statewide, provides
confidential counseling, guidance, debt repayment and education programs to financially
