NuVantage employee assistance services are designed to assist organizations in the identification and resolution of problems that can impact employee's work performance and personal well-being.  We accomplish this by working collaboratively with you to tailor a program unique to your organizational needs and member population.

    Pricing Options

    Per Employee Pricing
    • Customers pay a straight annual fee per employee.  All services and promotion materials are provided at no extra charge with the inclusion of Critical Incident Response built into the contract.  Pricing does not fluctuate based on usage.  This is the preferred pricing arrangement for most companies, especially larger employers.
    Fee-For-Service Pricing
    • This is a base-plus arrangement in which customers pay us an annual fee to administer their program that includes program promotion and delivery of all services.  Services are charged per usage.  For companies that prefer to manage their own risk, this pricing arrangement can be attractive.
    Retainer Pricing
    • Customers are charged a one-time set up fee to complete the contractual/ set -up process.  Services are charged at a retail rate and program promotion can be purchased.  Electronic promotion is available at no cost.  Some companies may have an embedded EAP that covers some, but not all employees.  This arrangement is a good way to assure that all employees have a resource available when they need it.
