EAP Program Promotion


NuVantage Employee Resource works closely with client organizations to implement the communication tools that are right for their workforce. Active promotion is vital for effective utilization and to ensure employees benefit from the services available to them.

There are a variety of program promotion options available. 


Member Orientation Sessions

NuVantage provides 20-30 minute training sessions for members which clearly explain the benefits available through NuVantage, as well as how to access the program. Important aspects such as confidentiality and the types of service options available.


Orientation Video

Send this video to your employees for their individual viewing, or project it during a meeting to give your employees a 12-minute summary of the services available to them!


Manager Orientation Sessions

Managers and supervisors play a vital role in the promotion and utilization of the EAP. Manager orientation sessions last from 45-60 minutes and describe available services in depth. Managers will also learn how to make mandated referrals to the EAP.


Train-the-Trainer Sessions

Train-the-Trainer sessions help benefits administrators and other Human Resource personnel be prepared to explain NuVantage services to new employees or managers throughout the year. Printed materials and PowerPoint Presentations are provided for on-going use or to place on your company’s intranet site.


Promotional Materials

NuVantage Employee Resource will provide a variety of materials which can be distributed to members throughout the year.
