    Community

The Eastside Financial Center strives to empower families to achieve their highest potential.  Our services and partnerships are reflective of community needs and aspirations.

The Eastside of St. Paul  is a powerful community wealthy in experience and diversity. It is a proud, active and hardworking community with a vibrant network of agencies committed to revitalization through asset building, education, cultural resources, health, and the development of community power. It also bears the scars of historic disinvestment where many struggle, as approximately half of the neighborhood have incomes below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline*

    * 53.5% of residents in the Eastside Payne-Phalen neighborhood have household incomes below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline. (As reference, a family of three with annual income of $37,060 is considered 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline.)  TC metro area data
