Online Bankruptcy Pre-Filing Counseling 

In order to complete your pre-filing bankruptcy counseling Online, just follow the simple steps below:

Step 1: Submit payment or fee waiver documentation.

The fee for Bankruptcy Counseling is $75. We accept debit cards, money orders, or cashier's checks ONLY.

• Payment Online: If you wish to use our online system to pay by debit card, CLICK HERE.
  
• Payment by Mail: If you wish to submit payment by money order or cashier's check, send those payments to:

• If you believe you qualify for a fee waiver, you MUST contact our office at 888-577-2227 and be prepared to provide documentation.

Fee Policy: There is a fee of $75 per appointment for this service. If you are a married couple, and both are filing, you must both receive counseling. Services are available for free based on a client's ability to pay, under the following circumstances: 1) if your attorney is filing pro bono; or 2) the majority of your income is from disability, and your family income is no more than 200% of Federal Poverty Level. In either case, documentation MUST be provided verifying these criteria in order for the fee to be waived.*

Step 2: Go to our Online counseling link (see below). Once there, complete the following steps:

• Create your unique user name and password so you may return to the site to review your information.
• Select Pre-Filing Bankruptcy Counseling from the drop-down box.
• Read Pre-Filing Bankruptcy Counseling Disclosure and complete all required information.
• Complete all required fields, income, expense and debt information. To better assist you, it's important that you provide your counselor with as much information as you can.
• Submit your information after you complete all pages. Once the online session is completed, a certificate will be issued.
