Individual, Family, and Relationship Counseling

Sarah provides individual, couple, and family counseling for children, adolescents, and adults.

Areas of specialization:

  •  Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, oppositional behavior, and related issues 
  •  Anxiety, depression, bipolar, and similar concerns 
  •  Trauma and abuse recovery 
  •  Parent/child relationships and family relationships 
Sarah provides a person-centered, strengths-based approach toward counseling.  This approach allows clients to visualize their goals and build on their own strengths to achieve those goals.  Each client receives a unique counseling experience, as all people have different needs.  Evidence-based practices are utilized to support positive, lasting changes in the lives of clients.

Sarah is an experienced mental health professional.  She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.  Sarah has extensive experience in working with individuals, children, and families in a variety of settings, including childcare, early childhood intervention, school social work, intensive in-home treatment, and outpatient mental health services.
