Preparation Workshops
The Growth For Marriage program of LSS seeks to strengthen families by strengthening the covenant of marriage from the beginning. This day-long workshop is specifically designed for pre-marital couples that plan to be married in the next year or so. The content is designed to be interactive and fun while allowing couples to examine their own, and their partners', beliefs and attitudes that will impact their
marriage.
Topics Explored:
Growth For Marriage workshops are typically scheduled on Saturdays once per month and may take place at a local church or other
conference facility. A meal and snacks are provided during the day. Click

As a result of
Minnesota State Statute 517.08 Application for
license, your Marriage License Fee may be reduced if you receive pre-marital education.
This workshop is intended to supplement the preparation you do with your pastor and can often
quality you for a marriage license fee discount.
