Individual/Family Counseling

LSS Counseling and Family Resources offers a full range of mental health services which integrate sound professional practices with individual planning by a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatric consultation. We are also notably experienced in working with a diverse population in terms of cultural and ability differences. Services are available to individuals, couples and families. Children, adults and families come to us with a variety of issues: depression, anxiety, stress, behavior problems, abuse, suicide, divorce and marriage problems.

Services include: 

  • Diagnostic assessments

  • Individual and family therapy

  • Child and adolescent therapy

  • Group therapy

  • Therapy for abuse and other types of trauma

  • Psychiatric consultation and medication management 

  • Addiction assessment and aftercare 

  • Psychological testing and evaluations 

  • Employee assistance service 

  • 24-hour hour emergency service

Staff includes: 

  • Licensed Psychologists
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists
  • Board-Certified Psychiatrists
  • Chemical Dependency Professionals

The Minnesota Department of Human Services certifies LSS Counseling services as Rule 29 Mental Health Clinics. These services are also accredited through the National Council on Accreditation (COA) for Children and Family Services.
