Helping Farm Families

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota (LSS) and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, have joined together to provide LSS Farm C.O.R.E. (Case management, Outreach, Referral and Education) for southern Minnesota farmers and their families.

LSS Farm C.O.R.E. is here to assist with supportive services and resources. These services can include:

 

• Budget and debt management counseling
• Anger and stress management
• Individual, family and couples counseling
• Services for youth and families
• Respite care and caregiver support
• Connection to community resources

LSS offers flexible services when you need them. Services are free, confidential and can be provided in your own home. Confidentiality is assured when you seek LSS counseling services. Both federal and state laws provide for the protection of your privacy and right to confidential treatment.
