• Adult Forums and Temple Talks
  If your congregation is interested in providing more information about LSS to your members, please contact our office and we will work with you to set up a time to offer a forum or brief temple talk during a worship service.
    
• Walk With Thy Neighbor
  This is a one day, experiential learning opportunity in the Phillips Neighborhood of South Minneapolis at the LSS Service Center. Join us for this day of discovery to learn about poverty in our communities and the important steps we can all take to eliminate it in our state.

• Movement of Hope for Minnesota’s Children and Youth
  All six of the Minnesota ELCA Synods share in this movement to end child and youth homelessness in our state as part of the statewide A Minnesota Without Poverty initiative. Every Lutheran congregation is invited to join in this growing chorus of voices being lifted up in support of kids. • Legislative Accomplishments in 2006
  There were several key accomplishments during the 2006 Legislative session that are crucial steps in our work to eliminate child and youth homelessness in Minnesota. These included the passage of the Legislative Commission to End Poverty by 2020 and the Runaway and Homeless Youth Act.
