Groundbreaking for the new Center for Changing Lives at 2414 Park Avenue in Minneapolis was held on July 20, 2007. This unique, $28 million collaborative combines the strength and expertise of several Twin Cities community partners in a leading-edge, green building concept and urban outreach venture.

Upon completion in 2008, the Center for Changing Lives will
include 48 units of affordable housing, social services, a
worship center, and conference spaces for events and training.
