When writing to us, please include your contact information as well as information regarding the adoption. If you are an adopted adult, provide your date of birth, your maiden name (if applicable) and your adoptive parents' full names. If you are a birthparent, provide the birth mother's date of birth, the birth mother's maiden name, the birth mother's name at the time of adoption, the child's gender, and the child's date of birth (or approximate).

Unless all information requested above is given, we may not be able to place an e-mail or letter into the appropriate file.
