Domestic Adoption - Intermediaries Seeking Adoption Services for Clients at LSS

We understand that families at times choose to work with an intermediary service in another state to locate a potential adoption situation. LSS works very closely and cooperatively with a family’s intermediary to help offer the best possible adoption experience.

• LSS will consult with the family intermediary regarding the specifics in their adoption situation and the adoption services required to meet the needs of their adoption situation.
   
• LSS will work with the family and their intermediary to create an individualized adoption plan to provide the services that will best meet the needs of their adoption situation.

Services and fees will vary according to the type of adoption and with the individualized plan for that adoption. General fees:

• Adoption Services for Minnesota Adoptive Parents with Birth Parents in Minnesota.
• Adoption Services for Minnesota Adoptive Parents with Birth Parents in another state.
• Adoption Services for Minnesota Birth Parents with Adoptive Parents in Minnesota.
• Adoption Services for Minnesota Birth Parents in Adoptive Parents in another state.
• Limited Birth Parent Services at the Request of the Birth Parent attorney
