Domestic Adoption - Attorneys Seeking Adoption Services for Clients at LSS

LSS is an attorney friendly adoption agency. We understand and value the role of an adoption attorney in a family’s adoption process. We work very closely and cooperatively with a family’s attorney to help offer the best possible adoption experience.

• LSS will consult with the family attorney regarding the specifics in their adoption situation and the adoption services required to meet the needs of their adoption situation.
   
• LSS will work with the family and their attorney to create an individualized adoption plan to provide the services to best meet the needs of their adoption situation.

Services and fees will vary according to the type of adoption and with the individualized plan for that adoption. General fees:

• Adoption Services for Minnesota Adoptive Parents with Birth Parents in Minnesota.
• Adoption Services for Minnesota Adoptive Parents with Birth Parents in another state.
• Adoption Services for Minnesota Birth Parents with Adoptive Parents in Minnesota.
• Adoption Services for Minnesota Birth Parents in Adoptive Parents in another state.
• Limited Birth Parent Services at the Request of the Birth Parent attorney
