Limited Services - requires that
the Birth Parent is working with an attorney
In some Designated Adoption situations, the birth parent has
chosen to not work with an adoption agency. The birth parent
has an adoption attorney facilitating the adoption process
and that attorney, on behalf of their client, requests the
following limited birth parent services.
This is only available when an attorney is working with the
birth mother and is willing to prepare the necessary legal
paperwork for the birth parent.
