Ordean Building 424 W Superior St Duluth, MN 55802 (Adoption is on the 6th floor)

The Ordean Building is on the corner of 5th Avenue West between Superior Street and Michigan Street; the building takes up the whole avenue. On the Superior Street entrance there is a United Way of Greater Duluth sign on the front.

From I35 going North
Stay on I35 North into Duluth. Take the 5th Avenue West exit into Downtown. Turn left on 5th Avenue West (Ordean Building is on the corner of 5th Ave W & Michigan St). Go one block and turn right on Michigan Street. The 4th Avenue West Park Ramp is on your right. Entrance into the ramp will be one block down on Michigan Street at the corner of 4th Avenue West. We do not validate parking.

From the Iron Range on Highway 53
Stay on Highway 53 into Duluth. Continue on Highway 53 (aka Miller Trunk Highway) past Miller Hill Mall. Highway 53 will become Central Entrance. Continue on Central Entrance to the intersection of Mesaba Avenue. Take a right on Mesaba Avenue, which will go downhill into downtown Duluth. Take the right turn for 2nd Avenue West. Stay on 2nd Avenue W. to Superior Street. Turn right on Superior Street. (The Ordean Building is at the corner of 5th Avenue West and Superior Street.) Stay on Superior Street to 4th Avenue West. Turn left at 4th Avenue West. Go one block to the four-way stop at Michigan Street. The 4th Avenue West Parking Ramp will be across Michigan Street, on your right. You may enter the ramp either straight ahead, or one-half block past the intersection on 4th Ave. W. We do not validate parking. If you wish to park at a meter, there are 12 hour parking meters immediately behind the parking ramp. These meters will only accept quarters.

From Highway 61
Continue on Highway 61 into Duluth until you get to 26th Avenue East, then take the Interstate 35 entrance onto the freeway. Continue on I35 and take the Downtown exit for Lake Avenue and 5th Avenue West. Take the 5th Avenue West exit. Turn right on 5th Avenue West. Turn right (one block) on Michigan Street (Ordean Building is on the corner of 5th Ave.). The 4th Avenue West Parking Ramp is on your right. Entrance into the ramp will be one block down on Michigan Street at the corner of 4th Avenue West. We do not validate parking.
